SUSTAINABILITY and FUNCTION
Traditional textile dyeing and printing is a highly polluting industry, where significant amounts of wastewater are discharged during the process. Workers are often exposed to chemical substances and solvents. In comparison to conventional printing methods, digital textile printing
processes can save approximately 35% to 50% of electricity, 25% to 40% of water resources, and reduce dye usage by over 60%. Overall pollution is also only around 4% of that produced by traditional processes.
The entire fabric is digitally printed, utilizing lightweight textured nylon fabric, which enhances the clothing’s portability and lightweight characteristics, thus augmenting wearability.
